The Irrimation Master Unit (IMU) manages radio communications for a network of up to 128 IRU located in a from 3 to 6 Km surrounding area (range depends on topography). It interfaces with the control centre with open standard Modbus RTU protocol.
In the Control Centre irrigation turns are programmed, consumption data is collected, and environmental data is processed. Water and pesticides savings and frost or disease risk warnings are some of the benefits for the farmer.
